Cottage cheese relish

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Sour cream
12 ounces Cottage cheese, large curd; well drained
¼ cup Green pepper; diced, chilled
¼ cup Green onion; sliced, chilled
2 tablespoons Pimiento; chipped
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N dash Pepper
\N \N Lettuce

Blend sour cream with cottage cheese; stir in pepper, onion, pimiento, salt, and pepper. Serve on lettuce.
