Cottage cheese-herb dip

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese, creamed |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salad dressing (mayonnaise) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green onions, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley, coarsely chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tarragon leaves |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
Makes 1-⅓ cups dip
