Measure Ingredient
\N \N Powdered milk
\N \N Buttermilk

Make one gallon of milk from the powdered milk. Add buttermilk, let clabber, then heat on low heat until it forms a curd. Let cool. then strain through cheesecloth. This makes a very dry cottage cheese.
