Classic german burgers

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Lean ground beef
1 medium Onion, minced
3 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
2 \N Eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons Flour
\N \N Butter for frying
2 larges Onions, thinly sliced in
\N \N Rings


Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Fry in melted butter until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings until golden.
