|⅓ pack||Instant onion soup mix (or less to taste; the cottage cheese is salty to start with)|
|1 cup||Rolled oats|

Shape into three patties. Grill until golden, 3 minutes each side, or cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Serves three, 180 calories each.
