Cilantro pasta dough^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
¼ cup Coarsley chopped cilantro
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, beaten
4 teaspoons Water
1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Flour

Stir together the flour, cilantro and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center. combine water, egg and olive oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Sprinkle a flat surface with 2 tablespoons flour. Turn dough out onto the surface. Knead till the doug is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half; shape each half into a ball.
