½ medium | Jalapeo pepper, seeded |
2 tablespoons | Dried plain breadcrumbs |
3 tablespoons | Dry white wine |

Put cilantro, garlic and chile in a mini-chopper and blend until well mashed. Work in the breadcrumbs until incorporated. Gradually blend in the wine and season with salt and pepper. Spread on grilled vegetables or chicken sandwiches.
