Cilantro puree

Yield: 1 /3 cup

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Cilantro leaves
2 mediums Garlic clove(s)
½ medium Jalapeo pepper, seeded
2 tablespoons Dried plain breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons Dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Put cilantro, garlic and chile in a mini-chopper and blend until well mashed. Work in the breadcrumbs until incorporated. Gradually blend in the wine and season with salt and pepper. Spread on grilled vegetables or chicken sandwiches.
