Cilantro sauce

Ingredients

6Garlic cloves
1Serrano or jalapeno chile
2cups(about 2 bunches) cilantro leaves
1teaspoonKosher salt
¼cupFresh lime juice; (from 3 to 4 limes)
cupExtra virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine the garlic, chile, cilantro, salt and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until the mixture forms a smooth puree.

Transfer to a small bowl, stir in the olive oil, taste, and adjust the seasonings.

Yield: About 1½ cups
