Cilantro pasta

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Beaten eggs
1 teaspoon Safflower oil
½ cup Chopped cilantro leaves
2 cups Semolina flour

Blend eggs, oil, and cilantro together. Add the flour and slowly knead into a soft dough. (add small amts of ice water if needed). Use machine, or hand roll.
