Chocolate icing #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 Stick butter
2 Squares bitter chocolate

Combine ingredients and cook over low heat and stir. Bring to a full rolling boil and time 1 minute. Place in pan of cold water to cool. Beat with a mixer until gloss is lost.
