Yield: 1 Cake icing
Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
1 cup | Water/soy milk |
1 cup | Pecans |
1 cup | Shredded coconut |
1½ cup | White sugar |
Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
