Chip beef casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Macaroni, 8 oz., cook in
\N \N Unsalted water
3 tablespoons Butter
¼ pounds Chipped beef
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons Flour
1½ cup Milk
¾ cup Grated American cheese
\N \N Pepper to taste

Cook and drain macaroni. In a skillet put butter, beef and green peppers, stir in flour a little at a time. Mix until smooth; then add milk. Cook until thick, add cheese and melt.
