Cheesy beef spread

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese
1 pack (2-oz) sliced corn beef
1 pack (2-oz) sliced smoked beef
5 Green onions and tops; sliced
1 dash Worcestershire
1 dash Tabasco

Soften cream cheese, add beef and onions, working with hands if necessary.

Add seasonings, taste and correct seasongins. Form into a ball or mold as desired. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with crackers.
