|1 teaspoon||Dried; (instant) minced onion|
|1 tablespoon||Dry sherry|
|8 ounces||Cream cheese; softened|
|1 pack||(3-oz) smoked sliced beef; finely diced|
|¼ cup||Green olives; finely diced|
|1 \N||Loaf cocktail rye bread|
In a small bowl, soak dehydrated onion in sherry. In another bowl, blend cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add onion. Stir in smoked beef and green olives. Chill. It tastes better if made ahead. Serve on a good cocktail rye bread.
