1teaspoonDried; (instant) minced onion
1tablespoonDry sherry
8ouncesCream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
1pack(3-oz) smoked sliced beef; finely diced
¼cupGreen olives; finely diced
1Loaf cocktail rye bread

Directions

In a small bowl, soak dehydrated onion in sherry. In another bowl, blend cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add onion. Stir in smoked beef and green olives. Chill. It tastes better if made ahead. Serve on a good cocktail rye bread.
