Cheesy tomato beef

| 14½ | ounce | Stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Thyme |
| 16 | ounces | Potatoes;(canned), drained and sliced |
| 1 | cup | Swiss cheese; grated |
Directions
In skillet, brown meat; drain. Drain tomatoes; reserving juice. Add tomato liquid to skillet. Add onion and thyme. Cook over high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes and potatoes; heat through. Top with cheese; heat until melted. Source: Del Monte can
