| 1 | pounds | Soft natural Cheddar cheese |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
| ⅓ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Accent |
| ½ | cup | Beer |
Directions
Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for about 1 hr. to soften. Place in electric mixer & blend in remaining ingredients at low speed until smooth. Serve w/ crackers, Melba toast or toasted French bread.
