|1 pounds||Soft natural Cheddar cheese|
|3 tablespoons||Dry mustard|
|⅓ teaspoon||Tabasco sauce|
Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for about 1 hr. to soften. Place in electric mixer & blend in remaining ingredients at low speed until smooth. Serve w/ crackers, Melba toast or toasted French bread.
