4 teaspoons | Baking powder |
¼ teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 cup | Cheddar cheese shredded |
1 cup | Milk |
1 \N | Egg (slightly beaten) |
1 tablespoon | Butter, melted |
Mix dry ingredients. Add cheese. Make a well. Add egg, butter, & milk. Bake in a greased loaf pan @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
