Carolina slaw

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 x Head of cabbage(3lb)
1 x Green pepper, medium,sliced
1 x Bermuda onion, sliced
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Celery seed
⅔ cup Vegetable oil

Quarter, core and slice cabbage finely. Combine with green pepper and onion.

Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, pour over cabbage mix and toss well. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Improves with age.
