Eastern north carolina coleslaw

Ingredients

1mediumHead of cabbage
cupMayonnaise
cupMustard
¾cupSweet pickle cubes
2tablespoonsApple cider vinegar
½cupSugar
1tablespoonCelery seed
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

Remove outer leaves and core from cabbage. Cut head in half and grate fine.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add cabbage, and mix thoroughly.

Chill for one hour before serving.
