Ingredients

½poundsCrab meat, fresh, flaked
½pintScallops, fresh
1pintOysters, small
1eachGreen pepper, chopped
2eachesEggs, beaten
1xSalt to taste
¼teaspoonRed pepper or to taste
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce/taste
1eachOnion, chopped
1cupCelery, chopped
1cupPotatoes, cooked and mashed
1cupCanned Tomatoes
1xCracker crumbs to cover
¼cupButter or more

Directions

Prepare all sea food and cook until tender, adding oysters last. Cook celery, onions, and pepper until tender and add to sea food with mashed potatoes, red pepper, salt and Worcestershire to taste. Add eggs with sufficient cracker crumbs to keep from being too moist. Fill ramekins or shells which have been buttered. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over and dot with butter.
