Quantity Ingredient
tablespoon Onion, minced
2 tablespoons Green pepper, finely chopped
3 tablespoons Margarine
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Half & Half
1 dash Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 eaches Egg yolks, beaten
1 pounds Crabmeat
8 eaches Patty shells, baked
1 x Mushrooms & parsley/ garnish

Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add flour and salt and cook 2 minutes.

Gradually stir in Half & Half and stir until smooth.

Add nutmeg and mustard. Gradually add egg yolks, stirring constantly. Add drained, flaked crabmeat.

Cook 5 minutes. Serve in individual baked patty shells and garnish with fresh mushrooms and parsley.
