Ingredients

1eachOnion, large, finely chopped
1eachCelery rib, finely chopped
1poundsCrabmeat
1teaspoonParsley, chopped
2eachesGarlic cloves, finely minced
6eachesFrench bread sliced 1\" thick
¼cupMilk or enough to soak bread
1eachEgg, well beaten
1xSalt and pepper to taste
½cupBread crumbs

Directions

In a skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until clear and tender. Add crabmeat, parsley, and garlic.

Stir fry about 10 minutes. Add French bread and egg.
