Yield: 6 servings
|1 pack||Egg noodles, medium width|
|1 cup||Onions, diced|
|Salt and pepper|
Cook noodles according to package directions, about 5 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter. Saute onions til tender.
Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
