|Noodles cooked al dente
|Toasted sesame oil
|Peanuts, coarsely chopped
|Fresh chives, chopped
This recipe is so simple that one remembers that less can be more sometimes.
Vary the pasta any way you wish, just make sure that it is al dente.
To prepare: Toss the noodles with soy sauce and Asian (toasted) sesame oil to taste.
Variation: Asian peanut and chive pasta Serve Asian pasta, as above, garnished with coarsely chopped peanuts and chopped fresh chives.
