Salmon squares

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Salmon; (15 oz)
4 Eggs; beaten
⅓ cup Mayonnaise; (low fat works fine)
¾ cup Matzo meal
2 tablespoons Dried minced onion
1 small Can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Dried minced onion
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil

(Adapted from "Spice and Spirit") Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then top with the last 4. Bake it in a 9x9 square pan for 1 hour in a 350F. oven.
