Salmon squares

4Eggs; beaten
cupMayonnaise; (low fat works fine)
¾cupMatzo meal
2tablespoonsDried minced onion
1smallCan tomato sauce
1tablespoonDried minced onion
1teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonBasil

Directions

(Adapted from "Spice and Spirit") Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then top with the last 4. Bake it in a 9x9 square pan for 1 hour in a 350F. oven.
