Benihana salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Onion ; chopped
¼ cup Peanut oil
2 teaspoons Rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Water
1 tablespoon Ginger root ; chopped
1 tablespoon Celery ; chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1½ teaspoon Tomato paste
1½ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
