Summer salad dressing

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
5 tablespoons Olive oil
1 \N Shallot or small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme OR-
½ teaspoon Thyme, dried
\N \N Salt and pepper, to taste


PLACE all ingredients into a screw top jar. Secure lid and shake until combined. Toss with salad greens and serve barbecued foods.
