Thai salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
3 tablespoons Ground roasted peanuts
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Water-
\N \N Dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Chopped coriander leaves

1-2 ea fresh red chilis-sliced 2-3 T chopped white onion *In a small sauce pan, cook sugar in water over med heat until it turns into a light syrup. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Let cool. Serve over salad. FROM: SOPIT MERRELL (HKRT62B)
