Benihana's salad dressing (vegan)

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Peanut oil
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Chopped ginger root
1 tablespoon Chopped celery
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1½ teaspoon Tomato paste
1½ teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper

The chef at benihana's san fransisco gave me a xerox of his secret recipe book for my birthday so, here is the real one-and-only behinana's ginger dressing straight from the guys in charge.
