Benihana magic mustard sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds --
3 tablespoons Dry mustard
¾ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Heavy cream -- whipped
2 tablespoons Hot water
¼ Clove garlic -- crushed
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)

Place sesame seeds in a flat pan in oven to toast. Mix mustard and water in small bowl until a paste is formed. Put paste, sesame seeds, soy sauce, garlic and a pinch of monosodium glutamate. Blend at high speed for about 2 mins. Remove and stir in whipped cream. Generally served with chicken, but good with steak too. Source: Benihana Recipe By :
