Benihana's superb salad dressing

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Soybean Oil |
| ½ | cup | White Vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | MSG |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
| ½ | cup | Sliced Celery |
| ¼ | cup | Coarsley chopped Onion |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at medium speed for 3-5 seconds until celery is finely grated. Add fressing to the salad and toss.
Serves 6 to 8 people and makes 1½ C. dressing.
