Basil-lime salsa

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Tomato -- seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 small Garlic clove -- peeled
1½ cup Tomato -- seeded, chopped
⅓ cup Cucumber -- peel, seed,
\N \N Dice
⅓ cup Chopped green onions --
\N \N Finely chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh basil -- chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add ½ cup tomato and next 4 ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl; stir in 1½ cups tomato and next 5 ingredients. Set aside.

Good on seafood salads.
