Mango-lime salsa

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Mangos; peeled, pitted,

1 \N Red onion; diced
½ \N Red bell pepper; seeded, diced
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
1 \N Jalapeno; minced
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds; roasted and ground
3 tablespoons Cilantro; fresh, finely
\N \N ; chopped
\N \N Salt and black pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Salsa will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
