Mango-lime salsa

Measure Ingredient
2 Mangos; peeled, pitted,
; diced
1 Red onion; diced
½ Red bell pepper; seeded, diced
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
1 Jalapeno; minced
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds; roasted and ground
3 tablespoons Cilantro; fresh, finely
; chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Salsa will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
