Pineapple-lime salsa

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Pineapple preserves
¼ cup Red bell pepper finely chopped
2 tablespoons Red onion(s), finely chopped
1 tablespoon JalapeĀ¤o pepper seeded, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dried mint
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lime juice
8 ounces Can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve with grilled fish.
