Cilantro lime salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 cup Fresh cilantro (coriander); chopped
½ cup Parsley; chopped
½ cup Salad oil
6 tablespoons Lime juice
3 tablespoons Distilled white vinegar
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
1 \N Jalapeno; stem, seed, mince

Mix onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and chile in a nonmetallic bowl.

Makes 2½ cups.
