Pineapple lime salsa

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Pineapple preserves
¼ cup Red bell pepper finely chopped
2.00 tablespoon Red onion(s), finely chopped
1.00 tablespoon JalapeĀ¤o pepper seeded, finely chop
1.00 teaspoon Dried mint
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2.00 tablespoon Lime juice
8.00 ounce Can unsweetened pineapple tidbits,

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve with grilled fish.
