Basil lime salsa

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Tomato; seeded, chopped
2.00 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
1.00 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1.00 tablespoon Olive oil
1.00 small Garlic clove; peeled
1½ cup Tomato; seeded, chopped
⅓ cup Cucumber; peel, seed, dice
⅓ cup Chopped green onions; finely
2.00 tablespoon Fresh basil; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add ½ cup tomato and next 4 ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl; stir in 1½ cups tomato and next 5 ingredients. Set aside.

Good on seafood salads.
