Citrus salsa

Measure Ingredient
3 Oranges-cut the pith and
Peel off and remove the
Fruit in segments
3 Lemons-cut the pith and peel
Off and remove the fruit in
Segments
2 Grapefruits-cut the pith and
Peel off and remove the
Fruit in segments.
1 tablespoon Chopped serrano peppers
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons Chopped shallots
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and black pepper

In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your favorite fish.

Yield :1½ cups salsa
