Citrus salsa

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Oranges-cut the pith and
\N \N Peel off and remove the
\N \N Fruit in segments
3 \N Lemons-cut the pith and peel
\N \N Off and remove the fruit in
\N \N Segments
2 \N Grapefruits-cut the pith and
\N \N Peel off and remove the
\N \N Fruit in segments.
1 tablespoon Chopped serrano peppers
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons Chopped shallots
2 tablespoons Olive oil
\N \N Salt and black pepper

In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your favorite fish.

Yield :1½ cups salsa
