Avacado-lime jello salad

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (small) lime jello
1 cup Boiling water
2 packs (small) cream cheese
½ small Onion; chopped fine
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 \N Avacado; mashed
½ can Pimentos; chopped
½ cup Green pepper; chopped fine
1 cup Celery; chopped fine
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Dissolve jello in water. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Mix together & then add vegetables to jello. Pour into 9 small molds or 1 large mold.

Chill until firm.
