Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Boiling water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated cucumber |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated carrots |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated green pepper |
| Onion juice ; about 1/2 tsp | ||
| 2 | cups | Cottage cheese; drained well |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
