Avocado salad

Yield: 6 -8 servin

Measure Ingredient
1 large Pink grapefruit (or 1 cup canned grapefruit sections)
2 larges Navel oranges
1 cup Green grapes
½ cup Salad oil
¼ cup Lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ cup Pomegranate seeds (optional)
3 cups Mixed salad greens
2 \N Avocados
⅓ cup Walnuts, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard

DRESSING

Section grapefruit and oranges; set aside. Wash grapes and drain well. Remove seeds from pomegranate; set aside. In lrg salad bowl or on individual salad plates, arrange salad greens. Top with orange and grapefruit sections. Peel and slice avocado. Arrange avocado slices over citrus fruits. Sprinkle with grapes, pomegranate seeds and walnuts. To prepare dressing, combine all ingredients in a glass jar or small mixing bowl. Shake dressing well before serving with salad.
