Artichoke dip #6

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Artichoke hearts; chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Combine everything (I put this is a quiche dish or pie plate) and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the top starts to lightly brown.

I serve it with Wheat Thins crackers.

This is ALWAYS the first dish gone at parties.
