Artichoke dip #4

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
8 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese; shredded
4 ounces Mushrooms; sliced
14 ounces Artichoke hearts; chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Parmesan cheese; grated

Mix together all ingredients, except ¼ cup parmesan cheese. Spread in a 8x11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. Serve it with Ritz crackers.

Variation: Spread on bagel halves and broil until bubbly and golden.
