⅔ cup | Flour |
3 teaspoons | Baking powder |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
4 \N | Egg whites |
½ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
3 teaspoons | Vanilla |
3 cups | Apples, cut fairly small, |
\N \N | Skins on is fine. |
Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Dump in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Bake in a deep baking dish, 45 minutes at 350. Serve with custard.
