CRANBERRY SAUCE
I like to slice up apples and saute them with onions and a teaspoon of curry powder, then add pork chops, cover, and simmer about 10 minutes.
They're also good with chicken - throw in some red grapes, too, and just bake it. They also mellow out a cranberry sauce. Use half cranberries and half apples, diced, just enough water to cover, and brown sugar to taste.
