Apple dapple cake

| 3 | Eggs | |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 3 | cups | Apples |
| 1 | cup | Coconut |
| 1 | cup | Pecans |
| Topping: | ||
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Margarine |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with electric mixer until well blended & mixture is stiff. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1½ hrs.
Topping:
Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 min. Pour over hot cake.
