Apple cider stew in crock pot

1poundsBeef or venison stew meat; (up to 2)
8Carrots; sliced thin
6Potatoes; sliced thin
2Apples; chopped
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonThyme
2tablespoonsMinced onion
2cupsApple cider

Directions

Place carrots, potatoes, and apples in crock pot. Add meat and sprinkle with salt, thyme, and onion. Pour cider over meat and cover. Cook on low heat 10-12 hours. Thicken gravy.
