|1 can||(29 oz) peach slices; drained|
|2 tablespoons||Granulated sugar|
|⅓ cup||Orange juice|
|3 tablespoons||Margerine; cold but cut into pieces|
|⅓ cup||Brown sugar; packed|
|½ cup||Corn flake crumbs|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with Pam.
Arrange peach slices in bottom of dish. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches; set aside.
In bowl, combine margerine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Notes: This is also good served cold, with a big dollop of Cool Whip on Top.
