Ingredients

| 1 | Head white cabbage | |
| 1 | medium | Head red cabbage |
| 2 | larges | Purple onions; sliced into rings |
| 1 | Stalk celery; diced coarsley | |
| 1 | Green apple; unpeeled, diced | |
| 1 | Red apple; unpeeled, diced | |
| 1 | Head cauliflower; separate into flowerets & dice | |
| 2 | larges | Bell peppers; sliced into rings |
| 3 | Limes; juice of (or lemons) | |
| 2 | Bottles cole slaw dressing | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
