Ingredients

1Head white cabbage
1mediumHead red cabbage
2largesPurple onions; sliced into rings
1Stalk celery; diced coarsley
1Green apple; unpeeled, diced
1Red apple; unpeeled, diced
1Head cauliflower; separate into flowerets & dice
2largesBell peppers; sliced into rings
3Limes; juice of (or lemons)
2Bottles cole slaw dressing
½teaspoonCelery seed
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
