Fresh apple slaw

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Celery; sliced |
| 2 | cups | Cabbage; shredded |
| 1 | cup | Carrots; shredded |
| 2 | larges | Apples; cored and chopped |
| ⅓ | cup | Raisins |
| ⅓ | cup | Salted Peanuts; chopped |
Directions
Combine sour cream with lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Combine celery, cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins and peanuts. Add dressing; toss to mix.
